Doesn't this sound EPIC?  I was reading it and immediately thought of the character, Rogue, from X-Man.  Then the dystopian factor hit and it sounds epic from there.  I just can't wait for this book to come out!  I wish I had a cover to show you, but the above picture was all I could find.
