Hello, 2011!

Is it really 2011 already?  This is going to be a great year for Nora and I: not only will this be the first full year of blogging, but being the Class of 2011- we graduate this year as well!  That is so very exciting!
Anyway, I'd just like to take this post to say THANKS!  We could not have finished 2010 without you.  You, guys, are what keep us going day after day and without you... well, I think I would have stopped blogging by now.  So, thanks.  And Happy New Year!  2011, here we come.
Nora and I have special things planned for this year.
We hope to change our blog template a bit.  It seems like a daunting project, but right now I think our blog looks like a homemade cookie.  You know, the kind your neighbors bring to a party- the cookie has sprinkles and other appetizing things on it, but the cookie itself does not look appetizing.  Our blog is that cookie.  So, we'd love to hear suggestions on what we need to improve on.  Comments are always very welcome.  Nora and I just hope to find a template that works for us.
We are also hoping to host our very own giveaway this year.  We are not exactly when this will be, but definitely sometime this year!
Nora and I are participating in a number of challenges.  You can check out what we are going to read for these challenges on the Challenge page above this post.

We hope to read more.  I have a problem of reading a bit slower than usual when I really like a book, but I really want to read more so I can review the books I read on here more often.
We want to blog more.  We already participate in memes like Waiting on Wednesday and Teaser Tuesday, but Nora and I hope to post actual posts that are not memes or reviews.
So, after realizing what we should be doing and what we are doing: those are not the only reasons why 2011 will be awesome!
Here's why:

5 debut novels that I can't wait for this year:

5 Novels that I've been waiting for:
The Return: Midnight by L.J. Smith

Books-Turned-Movies in 2011:
I Am Number Four by Pittacus Lore
Breaking Dawn by Stephenie Meyer
Yeah, 2011 will be a good year!
So, goodbye 2010, and hello, 2011!  Happy New Year!
